A 23-year-old Nigerian divorcee, Ugwu Tessy, has shown off her new lover on social media while celebrating five months of their relationship.
Tessy shared several romantic photos of herself and her partner on Facebook, with the couple pictured in different poses as they marked the milestone.
The photos showed the pair appearing affectionate as they celebrated their relationship and expressed their love for each other.
‘Happy 5 Months Anniversary to Me & My Forever’
Alongside the photos, Tessy described her partner as her “forever” and expressed hope that their relationship would lead to marriage.
She also prayed that she would not have to experience another separation, describing her current relationship as her “last bus stop.”
She wrote:
“Happy 5 months anniversary to me & my forever. 23 years old divorcee that found love again & I pray d this will be my last bus stop no live no transfer for better for better, for richer for richer.
“Till death do us apart. From my mouth to God’s ear. In Jesus name.”
Divorcee Finds Love Again
Tessy’s celebration comes shortly after she revealed how she returned her bride price to her former husband after their marriage ended.
She said she got married in 2020 and had three children during the marriage before the relationship ended.
According to Tessy, her former husband allegedly refused to accept the bride price when her family attempted to return it.
She later transferred the money directly to him through a bank transfer on September 9, 2026.
