The Commissioner for Information, Okey Kanu, in a statement on Tuesday, said the ceremony marks another milestone in the Abia State Government’s efforts to modernise the education sector through technology-driven learning and improved educational infrastructure.
According to him, the project reflects its commitment to providing world-class learning facilities and expanding access to quality education through innovation. The government said the Ogbo Smart School is designed to equip learners with modern educational tools and skills required to meet the demands of the 21st century.
The government urged members of the public, education stakeholders, community leaders and the media to partake in the event and witness the commissioning ceremony.
