Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has felicitated with the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Peter Gregory Obi, CON, on the occasion of his 65th birthday, describing him as a statesman of uncommon integrity whose life of service continues to inspire millions.
