The All Progressives Congress has adjusted its internal schedule ahead of the 2027 general elections, introducing new timelines for key pre-election activities.
Details of the revised timetable, endorsed by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, show changes to screening, appeals and primary elections.
The update also outlines fresh directives on the sale of expression of interest and nomination forms, including designated accounts for payments by aspirants.
In a statement, the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, said the adjustments are aimed at ensuring a smoother and more coordinated preparation process.
He urged party members and intending aspirants to comply with the updated schedule.
