A Nigerian man identified as @EbukaTBH on X, (formerly Twitter), has detailed the circumstances that led to his friend requesting ₦200k from him.
In a widely circulated post, the X user disclosed that his friend reached out to him via a phone call, pleading for money to bail his brother.
Details Of Their Conversation
During their conversation, his friend informed him about his brother’s arrest and was in need of money to secure his bail.
As a result, he sympathized with his friend and transferred ₦150,000 to him.
A day later, while strolling, he stopped by his friend’s residence, resulting in an unexpected.
During the visit, his friend wasn’t at home, but his brother expressed gratitude to him for stepping in to secure his release with N80,000, which left him shocked.
