Nollywood actress Bimpe Akintunde is still celebrating her second daughter’s first birthday.
Kemi Filani reported on Saturday that the actress’s second child had turned one. In a sweet note to her, Bimpe described her daughter as the best gift she had ever received. She appreciated her mini-me for doing life with her.

Not done, the mother of two said she is celebrating one year of Grace over disgrace. She described her daughter as God’s own gift to her, calling her ‘her’ joy and answered prayer.
The Yoruba actress said she prayed, waited, and is now blessed to call her mine. Bimpe promised to live, protect, and always be by her side.

In an interview with BBC Yoruba, Akintunde opened up about her crashed marriage, revealing that her second pregnancy wasn’t even three months old when she started experiencing trouble in her marriage. Hinting at what caused their split, Akintunde said she cried during her daughter’s pregnancy.
While counting down to her birthday in May, Akintunde had confirmed her crashed marriage, announcing that she is single. She said before the arrival of her second child, her marriage took a different turn, and it wasn’t easy, but it came with lessons, tears, strength, and growth.
Not allowing her crashed marriage to derail her, she said she quietly rebuilt herself and is now unstoppable.
Last year, Akintunde’s husband, Yousuph Ganiyu, had fueled breakup rumours with his post, about the worst prison in the world being a home without peace and respect. He admonished the public to be careful about whom they marry.
Refreshing your, memory, in June 2023, after years of being single, Bimpe tied the knot to Yousuph O Ganiyu, a man with two wives, at a Nikai ceremony. She disclosed that her husband had been in love with her long before she met him, and she felt so blessed to have met him.
