Dangote Refinery has announced that it will commence free direct supply of petrol across the country starting Monday, September 15, 2025.
The company also reduced petrol retail prices, setting them at N841 per litre in Lagos and the South West, and N851 per litre in Abuja, Edo, Kwara, Rivers, and Delta states.
In a post on its X page on Thursday, Dangote Refinery said the free delivery scheme will initially cover 11 states, with plans to expand operations to other states in the near future. The refinery invited all petrol station owners nationwide to register for free delivery and other benefits.
The announcement follows the refinery’s June 15 declaration of acquiring 4,000 new compressed natural gas (CNG)-powered tankers.
Dangote Refinery aims to roll out 10,000 CNG-powered trucks this year to improve logistics and reduce distribution costs.
