Afrobeats superstar Davido has shared an interesting story about Africa’s richest businessman, Aliko Dangote, revealing the billionaire’s simple approach to wealth and spending.
Speaking about Dangote’s lifestyle, Davido disclosed that despite his enormous fortune, the business mogul has not purchased a new car in more than a decade. According to the singer, Dangote still drives a 2005 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, a decision that reflects his disciplined attitude toward managing money.
Davido also revealed that every time they meet, Dangote never misses the opportunity to offer him financial advice.

“Aliko Dangote hasn’t bought a new car in over 10 years. Despite being a billionaire, he still drives a 2005 G-Wagon. Whenever he sees me, he always says, ‘Save your money.”
