Nigerian content creator Peller has playfully teased rapper Jeriq during a recent conversation after asking if he was familiar with his associate, IceKing Ochacho.
While speaking with Jeriq, Peller confidently described IceKing as the “best musician right now” before asking the rapper if he knew him.
However, Jeriq revealed that he was not familiar with IceKing and instead mentioned veteran rapper Ice Prince.
Peller asked: “Do you know the best musician right now? Na IceKing. You know IceKing Ochacho?”
Responding, Jeriq said: “No, I no sabi am. Na Ice Prince I know.”
Peller then jokingly suggested that IceKing might not yet be popular enough to have reached Jeriq’s circle, noting that they often promote their music through livestreams.
He said: “E never famous reach your side? You for say you sabi am na, livestream we dey.”
The content creator continued the playful exchange by taking another jab at Jeriq over his alleged decision to delete his Spotify account.
Peller added: “Oh sorry, I don forget say you delete Spotify.”
The interaction appeared to be a light-hearted exchange between the two entertainers, with Peller using the opportunity to promote IceKing while joking about Jeriq’s response.
