EPL: ‘Cut your losses’ – Cundy names manager Man Utd should appoint as Carrick’s replacement

Former Chelsea player, Jason Cundy has urged Manchester United to appoint Aston Villa boss, Unai Emery to replace manager, Michael Carrick at Old Trafford.

Cundy wants Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe to cut his losses and part ways with Carrick now rather than wait until December to do so.

Speaking on The Sports Bar, Cundy said (via Mirror): “Unai Emery, go and get him, get him out of Villa. That is what I would do.

“If I were Sir Jim Ratcliffe, I would now cut my losses and go and get Unai. Don’t wait until Christmas to have the conversation; do it now.”
