Former Newcastle striker, Alan Shearer, has tipped Manchester City to go on and win the Premier League, after they beat Arsenal 2-1 on Sunday.
Erling Haaland scored the winner for City, after Kai Havertz had cancelled out Ryan Cherki’s goal.
The result means Pep Guardiola’s men are only three points behind with a game in hand.
Shearer, speaking on The Rest Is Football podcast, however, admitted he expects “a twist or two” in the remaining fixtures.
He said: “Arsenal had their moments, the chances they missed, the one-vs-one, the Havertz header right at the end, but you have to fancy Manchester City now.
“With that last six or seven weeks, with their performances, who they’ve beaten and how they’ve beaten them, you’d still have to fancy them.
“But I still don’t think both teams will go and win every game this season, I think there will be a twist of two.”
