Shola Ogudu, the first baby mama of Nigerian music star Wizkid, has attracted attention online after featuring one of the singer’s songs in a recent Instagram post.
Ogudu shared the video on Monday, September 15, 2026, with “Turbulence,” a song by Wizkid and Asake, playing in the background.
Alongside the video, she shared an optimistic message, writing, “We dey Grind.. We dey Elevate, S’ebi Oluwa sha Lon SHOLA.”
The post quickly gained thousands of reactions from Instagram users.
Her choice of soundtrack has particularly caught the attention of fans because of the history between Ogudu and the Afrobeats star.
In 2018, Ogudu publicly criticised Wizkid over issues surrounding the treatment of their son, Boluwatife, who is now popularly known as Champz. The disagreement generated widespread attention and highlighted tensions between the former partners at the time.
Against that background, Ogudu’s decision to use Wizkid’s music while celebrating her progress has sparked reactions from fans, with some interpreting the move as a possible indication of growth and maturity.
