Grammy-award-winning singer Burna Boy has caused a stir on social media after a clip from an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu surfaced on social media.
In the popular clip, Ebuka asked Burna Boy directly if he thinks he is arrogant.
In response, Burna Boy asked Ebuka if he knew what arrogance meant. Ebuka replied that this was exactly why he asked the question.
The singer then said that if Ebuka was asking the question, he must already know what it means. He added that Ebuka wouldn’t ask about something he didn’t understand.
Ebuka responded by saying he would ask ChatGPT. Burna Boy told him to go ahead and said he would wait for the answer.
Since then, the exchange has sparked mixed reactions online. Many viewers have focused on the singer’s tone and body language during the conversation.

Social media users criticised the singer, alleging that his response and demeanour reinforced perceptions of arrogance.
Meanwhile, supporters of Burna Boy defended him, stating that his reaction reflected confidence rather than arrogance, and that the question itself was provocative.
