Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has felicitated the Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Dahiru Liman, on his 46th birthday, describing him as an exemplary leader and a dependable ally in the administration of the state.
Governor Sani, in a birthday message issued on behalf of the government and people of Kaduna State, commended Liman for what he described as his courage, discipline and commitment to the common good.
The governor said the Speaker’s leadership of the state legislature had reflected maturity, fairness and respect for democratic principles, while ensuring that legislative debates remained robust and focused on the interests of Kaduna residents.
According to Sani, Liman’s leadership has also contributed significantly to the constructive relationship between the executive and legislative arms of government.
He said the partnership, built on mutual respect, consultation and a shared commitment to the development of Kaduna State, had strengthened political stability, facilitated the passage of people-oriented legislation and enabled the government to respond more effectively to citizens’ needs.
“Your leadership has been central to the strong and constructive partnership between the Executive and Legislature.
“That partnership, founded on mutual respect, consultation and a shared commitment to Kaduna State, has strengthened stability, accelerated the passage of people-centred laws and enabled our administration to respond more decisively to the needs of citizens,” the governor said.
Sani also expressed appreciation to the Speaker for his friendship, steadfastness and support, describing him as a dependable partner in the governance of the state.
He prayed that Almighty Allah would grant Liman sound health, greater wisdom and renewed strength to continue serving the people.
“May the years ahead bring greater fulfilment, enduring peace and accomplishments worthy of your distinguished calling in service to humanity,” he added.
The governor wished the Speaker many more years of purposeful service and a fulfilling birthday anniversary.
