A young lady has cried out to Evangelist Ebuka Obi, alleging that her boyfriend threatened her after she refused to allow him to move into an apartment he rented for her.
The lady explained that she began dating the man in 2023, when he was serving. According to her, he has been financially supporting her and paying for her sister’s education throughout their relationship.
However, she said their relationship had become complicated after the man expressed his desire to live with her in the apartment he rented for her.
The lady disclosed that she was uncomfortable with the arrangement because she did not genuinely love him and did not want to marry him.
According to her account, her refusal to let him move in allegedly led to threats, leaving her fearful for her safety.
She subsequently appealed to Evangelist Ebuka Obi for help, expressing concern over the situation and her relationship with the man.
Her account has drawn attention to the challenges that can arise when financial support and romantic expectations become intertwined in a relationship. While she acknowledged the man’s financial assistance to her and her family, she maintained that she did not want to proceed with a relationship or marriage she did not genuinely desire.
