Streamer and content creator Carter Efe has publicly denied being in a relationship after a viral voice note allegedly involving his babymama, Elma, sparked conversations online.
The controversy began after one of Elma’s friends shared a voice recording in which a voice alleged to be Elma’s could be heard playfully confronting her friend over a cap she claimed belonged to Carter Efe.
In the recording, the voice allegedly said:
“Who gave you that cap? So you went to collect my man’s cap? You went to collect Carter’s cap?”
Reacting to the viral clip, Carter Efe distanced himself from the claims, warning people against linking him romantically to anyone.
“I just wake up dey hear say one useless person dey call my name. Abeg, before anybody go post me as boyfriend, please I don’t have any girlfriend. Stop mentioning my name,” he said.
