A Nigerian woman has raised an alarm over an alleged financial issue involving Access Bank, claiming that she has been left without funds after the bank allegedly cleared her account.
The woman, who said she is currently very sick, expressed frustration over her inability to access money to take care of her medical needs. She also revealed that she is worried about providing school fees for her children as the new academic session approaches.
In a desperate appeal for intervention, she called on Nigerians and relevant authorities, including the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM), to come to her aid.
She alleged that the bank had refused to refund her money and said she was left with nothing to support herself and her children.
“Nigeria, If Anything Happens To Me, Hold Access Bank Responsible. They Have Refused To Refund My Money, And I Am Very Sick With No Money To Treat Myself. Even School Is About To Start, And I Don’t Have Money To Pay My Children’s School Fees. Access Bank Cleared My Account, And I Don’t Have a Single Penny Left. Nigerians, EFCC, CBN, VDM, Please Come To My Rescue.”
Her claims have drawn attention online, with the woman appealing for urgent intervention to resolve the alleged dispute and enable her regain access to her funds.
