Nigerian real estate businessman King Mohammed Odeh Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has revealed plans for an elaborate giveaway ahead of his birthday.
A video making the rounds on X on September 21, 2026, captured the real estate mogul speaking to a crowd at an outdoor event, where he disclosed plans to give a significant portion of his wealth to charity.
According to King Ochacho, he plans to donate 75 per cent of his entire property portfolio to charity as part of his birthday celebration.
He also announced a raffle draw that will see seven people stand a chance to win three houses, with each property reportedly valued at ₦500 million.
In addition to the three houses, Ochacho said a separate ₦1 billion property would be given to Afrobeats star Davido, putting the total value of the properties at ₦2.5 billion.
Speaking about his plans, he said:
“On my birthday, I’ll be doing a raffle draw for 7 people, and they’re going to win 3 houses; each house is worth 500 million; the one for Davido is worth 1 billion, which makes it 2.5 billion in total. I’ll also be giving out 75 per cent of my entire property to charity that day.”
King Ochacho is the chairman of Ochacho Group, with real estate development being one of his major business interests through Ochacho Real Homes.
The businessman has also gained public attention for his philanthropic gestures and high-profile gifts to celebrities. He previously presented content creator Peller and his wife with a mansion reportedly worth ₦400 million as a wedding gift.
He has equally gifted land to celebrities such as Davido, Zlatan, Peller and Teni.
Through the Ochacho Foundation, he has also supported initiatives focused on education, infrastructure and community development in Benue State and other areas.
The proposed ₦1 billion property for Davido is reportedly connected to the Palace 7 project, which Ochacho has spoken about publicly on several occasions.
