The Minister of State for Industry, Senator John Owan Enoh, and the Governor of Niger State, Mohammed Umar Bago, visited the Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals and Dangote Fertiliser Limited in Lagos, in a move aimed at strengthening collaboration between government and the private sector to drive Nigeria’s industrial development.
According to Dangote Group, the visit “reflects a shared commitment to advancing Nigeria’s industrial future.”
The company said that as Nigeria continues to expand domestic production and strategic infrastructure, stronger partnerships between government and industry are essential.
“As Nigeria continues to strengthen domestic production and expand strategic infrastructure, partnerships between government and industry remain essential to accelerating industrialisation, enhancing energy and food security, creating sustainable jobs, and driving long-term economic growth,” the company said.
Dangote Group reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the country’s development through large-scale industrial investments.

The Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Dangote Fertiliser Plant are among the company’s flagship projects designed to boost local production, reduce import dependence and support Nigeria’s economic growth.
