Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei has said the United States, US, has suffered defeat in the Iranian war.
Khamenei said the US has been disgracefully defeated despite being the world’s bully.
In a televised message in Tehran, Khamenei said on Thursday: “Today, two months after the largest military deployment and aggression by the world’s bullies in the region.
“And the United States’ disgraceful defeat in its plans, a new chapter is unfolding for the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz.”
This comes amid the back-and-forth over the peace deal among countries involved in the war in Iran and the Strait of Hormuz.
