Jason Ellis, whose full name is Jason Nicholas Ellis, was born on the 11th of October 1971 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, to parents, Stephen Ellis and Lorraine Ellis. He moved to the U.S. at 17 years of age to pursue a career in skateboarding.

Jason Ellis married Andrea Brown in 2006. However, after six years of marriage, they got divorced in 2012. Together, they have a son, Tiger Lee Ellis (b. 2009), and a daughter, Devin Ellis (b. 2005). Jason Ellis’s career in professional skateboarding began when he moved to the U.S. at 17 years of age and eventually achieved professional status. He performed as a professional skateboarder for nearly two decades before retiring in 2006. In 2001, he made the Guinness World Record for the biggest drop on a skateboard by jumping into a 70-foot skateboard ramp.

The record lasted until 2006 when it was broken by the popular skateboarder, Danny Way. Coming to his Mixed Martial Arts career, he made his debut on the 6th of February 2009 against the popular fighter, Tony Gianopulos, in which he won the match via guillotine choke submission. In his second fight, he competed in and defeated the popular fighter, Gabe Rivas, via an Americana submission.

He has competed as a TV racer in the Lucas Oil SuperLite Series for Dethrone. On the 14th of July 2012, he competed in a boxing match against Gabe Ruediger and won the fight via KO. Jason defeated Gabe Ruediger in the rematch as well. Coming to his career in music, he is the founding member and vocalist for the rock band, Taintstick. The band has found success with their debut album, “Six Pounds of Sound,” and the band’s name was then changed to Death! Death! Die!.
