A shocking incident has sparked outrage online after a woman identified as Mary was reportedly arrested at the Borno Express Motor Park in Maiduguri while allegedly attempting to traffic her neighbor’s young daughter to Kano State.
According to reports from eyewitnesses at the scene, the suspect allegedly disguised herself in a hijab in an attempt to avoid suspicion while traveling with the child on a Kano-bound commercial vehicle.
