Three men suspected of involvement in kidnapping activities have been arrested by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command following a viral video that showed them posing with firearms and military-style equipment.
According to police reports, the suspects were seen in an online video displaying AK-47 rifles, ammunition, and walkie-talkies while dressed in camouflage uniforms, sparking immediate public concern and prompting an investigation.
Following the circulation of the video, officers reportedly launched a digital forensic operation combined with intelligence tracking, which led them to a location in Runji Village, Zuba area of Abuja, where the suspects were eventually arrested during an early-morning raid.
The suspects have been identified as Umar Babangida (25), Adamu Yeti (22), and Yahaya Idris (24). Police said further searches uncovered additional photos and videos on their mobile phones allegedly showing them posing with weapons and tactical gear……. >>>>
