The heated comments were made during an interview on News Central TV, where Isaac did not hold back at all. His words have now gone viral across Nigeria, sparking fresh debate about loyalty, ambition, and power in politics.
Isaac Fayose expressed deep disappointment, saying his brother, who once governed Ekiti State for eight years, is now allegedly aligning himself with powerful political figures like Nyesom Wike for personal interest.
In a statement that has set social media on fire, Isaac said: “Someone who was a Governor for 8 years… my brother is ready to carry Wike’s bag as long as money is involved.”
He also mentioned major political names such as Bola Tinubu and James Ibori, suggesting that shifting alliances are weakening trust within political circles.
According to him, the situation inside the PDP is becoming more complicated, especially as different political families and interests continue to move in different directions. He also pointed out that while Ayo Fayose’s son is linked to the All Progressives Congress (APC), other factions are still battling for control and influence.
Many Nigerians have reacted strongly to the interview, with some supporting Isaac’s boldness while others believe family matters should not be dragged into public political discussions.
This revelation has now reopened conversations about political loyalty, internal party crises, and the future of opposition politics in Nigeria.
