23-year-old Nigerian divorcee Ugwu Tessy has taken to social media to celebrate a major milestone in her new relationship.
Tessy shared a series of loved-up photos with her partner on Facebook as they marked five months together. The couple were seen posing affectionately in several pictures while celebrating their relationship.
In her post, Tessy referred to her partner as her “forever” and expressed her desire for their relationship to lead to marriage.
She also prayed that she would not have to go through another separation, describing her current partner as her “last bus stop.”
She wrote
“Happy 5 months anniversary to me & my forever. 23 years old divorcee that found love again & I pray d this will be my last bus stop no live no transfer for better for better, for richer for richer.
“Till death do us apart. From my mouth to God’s ear. In Jesus name.”
Tessy’s loved-up post comes shortly after she opened up about the end of her previous marriage and revealed how she returned her bride price to her former husband.
According to her, she got married in 2020 and welcomed three children during the marriage before the relationship eventually ended.
She claimed that when her family tried to return the bride price following the dissolution of the marriage, her former husband allegedly refused to accept it.
Tessy later revealed that she transferred the money directly to him through a bank transfer on September 9, 2026.
