Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has broken her silence following the reported end of her marriage to Bobby Maris, the father of two of her three children.
Taking to her Instagram page, the actress released a public statement addressing the situation. She made it clear that she has no intention of discussing the details surrounding the breakdown of her marriage unless it becomes absolutely necessary.
Uche appealed to the public for empathy, understanding, and respect, asking that her privacy and the feelings of everyone involved be considered during this period.
The actress also revealed that her main focus is now on raising her children and prioritizing her emotional healing. According to her, she is choosing to move forward with peace, dignity, and a positive outlook as she begins a new chapter in her life.

“I understand that many people have opinions about my personal life. The truth is, no one knows the full story except the people who actually lived it. Yet, social media has a way of making everyone believe they know more about someone else’s life than the people living it
My priority right now is raising my children, my healing however, that journey unfolds and moving forward with dignity and peace of mind.
I will not be discussing the details of my marriage publicly unless there is an absolute need to do so. Until then, I respectfully ask for understanding, kindness, and respect for me and everyone involved.
