During a recent interview, the iconic singer boldly declared that Nigeria is currently better off than it was many years ago — a comment that has now triggered intense reactions across the country.
The statement quickly went viral after being shared by Instablog9ja on X (formerly Twitter), where thousands of Nigerians jumped into the conversation.
Speaking during the interview, 2Baba insisted that despite ongoing challenges, the country has made progress over time.
“We are better off than many years ago. Just look at it,” he said.
