A Nigerian woman has cried out for help after alleging that PWAN Real Estate has failed to allocate a piece of land she and her husband bought nearly two years ago despite completing payment.
In a video circulating on social media, the distressed woman appealed to Nigerians to intervene and help her family resolve the issue.
According to her, the property was purchased for N10.9 million in September 2024, but the company has allegedly not allocated the land to them.
She said, “No land, no money, since 2024. Nigerians, please come to our rescue. This issue has caused a lot of damage to me and my husband. This September makes it two years since we bought land worth ₦10.9 million from PWAN Estate, but till now, they have not allocated any land to us.”
The woman further claimed that she and her husband had tried several ways to resolve the matter, including reporting it to the police and other security agencies, but said their efforts had not yielded the desired result.
Her allegation has since triggered reactions on social media, with some users sharing similar claims while others questioned the company and called for government intervention.
