Kun Khalifat forward, Ameh Joseph, has hailed the club’s supporters ahead of the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, matchday 10 fixture against Inter Lagos.
Obinna Uzoho’s side will do battle with Inter Lagos at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri on Sunday.
Joseph said that he is confident that the team will secure a positive result with the backing of the supporters.
“We call our supporters the 12th man on the pitch because they have a huge impact,” Joseph told the club’s media.
“When they sing, they make it very uncomfortable for the opposition to play against us, and we appreciate and love them.”
Joseph said the team values the backing and feels a responsibility to repay the supporters with strong displays against Inter Lagos.
“So it’s very important for us to give them a good game,” Joseph added.
