According to the New York Post, the 26-year-old underwent “a chin harmonisation procedure” at a facility in Goiânia, Brazil, carried out by dermatologist Dr. Alessandro Alarcão.
According to the report, the surgery “uses fillers to sculpt the facial contour,” and in Vinicius’ instance, “he wanted to add more definition to his chin.”
Speculation about the Real Madrid star’s appearance increased as images of him circulated on social media, with fans noticing a visible alteration in his facial features.
The purported treatment occurred weeks after Brazil’s Round of 16 loss at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where Vinicius scored four goals but the Seleção were eliminated 2-1 by Norway.
