Regina Daniels absent as Ned Nwoko throws lowkey bash for their sons’ birthday (Video)

Nigerian politician Ned Nwoko is celebrating his sons with actress Regina Daniels on their birthday today, June 29th.

On his Instagram page, the politician shared photos of the birthday boys and a clip of the low-key bash he threw for them.

In his birthday message, Ned said his heart is filled with gratitude to God for His faithfulness. He prayed that his sons continue to grow in wisdom, discipline, compassion, and the fear of God.

“I joined my beloved sons, Moon and Khalifa, in celebrating another beautiful milestone with their school family.

As Moon turns 6 and KC turns 4, my heart is filled with gratitude to God for His faithfulness. My prayer is that they continue to grow in wisdom, discipline, compassion, and the fear of God.

May your lives be filled with endless possibilities and remarkable achievements.

Happy Birthday, my dear boys. May God continue to bless and keep you always”.

Since his separation from Regina, Nwoko has been single-handedly raising those kids.

A few days ago, Ned had shared a video on his Instagram page of his son with Regina Daniels, Munir, receiving an award at his school’s event. According to him, the award was recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions during the academic year. See video here.

Earlier this year, despite being one of the busiest politicians, Ned Nwoko had attended his sons’ inaugural school gala in Abuja. Ned described it as a proud and heartwarming moment to witness the excellence, discipline, and vision being instilled in them. He commended the management and staff for their commitment to raising leaders who will shape tomorrow with integrity and purpose.

On Mother’s day, Ned surprised many as he wrote a note to the mothers of his children, which included Regina Daniels. He extended a heartfelt appreciation to them for their care, sacrifice, and commitment to nurturing the next generation. According to him, their efforts do not go unnoticed, and they remain central to all that truly matters.

Regina, while speaking on a livestream, with TikToker Jarvis, fought back tears as she revealed that she had not seen her kids since last year. She, however, expressed hope of seeing them soon and gushed over their growth.

Elsewhere on the livestream, she said, for some reason, she has checked her mind out of getting married, but she needs to have a girl. She explained that having boys is easy because at least you can groom them to have a role model in a father figure. But for your girl child, one has to be that role model for them to emulate.

In a heartbreaking post, Daniels had made an emotional appeal to her son’s school. She promised to always watch and pray for him from afar, and told the school to look after her babies well.

Recall that in October, Regina ended things with him citing domestic violence as her reasons for leaving her marriage.

Ned, in a public statement, had attributed the tension to what he described as her “battle with drugs and alcohol abuse.” According to Nwoko, his efforts to help his wife seek professional treatment are always resisted.

In December, Daniels called out Ned for constantly publicising her children to garner negative attention from their father. She pointed out the irony that someone of his status could be posting his kids at this time, knowing fully well it would attract media scrutiny.

He responded saying that sharing photos and videos of the children had always been a normal part of family life. Nwoko stated that her absence from the children’s lives was a personal choice, not something imposed on her.
