The House also passed the bill seeking to amend the National Assembly Pension Board Act to reconstitute the board’s membership.
Another bill passed by the lawmakers is the Electronic Civil Registration Bill, 2026, which seeks to repeal the Birth Registration Act of 2004.
The House further passed the Joint Doctrine and Warfare Centre Establishment Bill, designed to promote the integration and coordination of military operations.
