A shocking tragedy has reportedly thrown residents of Abeokuta into panic after a truck allegedly driving against traffic crashed violently into a police escort vehicle, leaving one officer burnt beyond recognition while several others sustained serious injuries.
According to reports making rounds online, the devastating accident happened when the truck, said to be moving on the wrong side of the road at high speed, rammed directly into the police vehicle in a terrifying collision that caused chaos at the scene.
Eyewitnesses claimed the impact was so severe that the escort vehicle immediately burst into flames, trapping one of the officers inside. Sadly, the officer was reportedly burnt to death before help could arrive, while other policemen in the vehicle suffered various degrees of injuries……. >>>>
