These benefits cover multiple sectors, including retail, transportation, catering, hospitality, healthcare, and entertainment. Details of participating entities are available through the Nusuk platform.The ministry said the initiative is designed to make services more accessible and enhance comfort for pilgrims, while also raising the overall standard of service delivery during Hajj and Umrah.Officials also highlighted the role of chambers of commerce in supporting the programme, describing them as a link between the ministry and the private sector, helping bring more businesses into the initiative.Beyond its role in providing access to discounts, the Nusuk Card remains a key document for pilgrims, allowing entry to holy sites and ensuring smoother movement throughout the pilgrimage.
