Popular Nigerian businessman and social commentator, Isaac Fayose, has taken a swipe at the administration of President Bola Tinubu while drawing attention to the rapid development of South Korea.
Fayose shared images showcasing the level of development in South Korea, using the country’s transformation to question the pace of development in Lagos and Nigeria.
According to him, South Korea has achieved remarkable development within about 25 years, while Lagos, despite decades of political leadership, is still being presented with plans for further development.
Sharing the images on social media, Fayose wrote:
“See South Korea, a city built under 25 years….But Tinubu is still planning to build Lagos after 27 years. Time to free yourself from the shakushaku of APC”
His comment has sparked discussions about governance, infrastructure and the pace of development in Nigeria compared with other countries.
Fayose’s post appeared to be a criticism of the All Progressives Congress (APC), urging Nigerians to reconsider their political choices and demand more tangible results from those in government.

In other news… Nigerian content creator Peller has claimed that dancer and hypeman Poco Lee has been released from a UK prison following weeks of detention over sexual-offence allegations.
Poco Lee, whose real name is Iweh Pascal Odinaka, was charged in the UK with attempted rape, two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration, according to Snaresbrook Crown Court. The court had listed his case for plea and trial preparation on September 15, 2026.
Peller had previously said he sought the intervention of Pastor Tobi Adegboyega in an attempt to get Poco Lee released, but claimed he was told that the matter had already been transferred to Burna Boy’s side.
In a fresh update, Peller claimed that the woman who brought the case against Poco Lee had stopped pursuing it.
He said, “They talk say that girl that sue Poco Lee, say the girl run leave the case say ah name e leave the case, na God go bless her.”
Peller’s claim has since circulated online, with social media users reacting to his choice of words and speculating about what may have happened to the case.
However, the latest publicly available court reports still showed Poco Lee’s September 15 hearing was scheduled, and there has been no public court confirmation in the sources reviewed that the case has been withdrawn or that he has been released.
