According to reports, the heartbreaking incident unfolded after Ghana defeated Panama 1-0 at the ongoing FIFA World Cup.

Reports claim the legal practitioner collapsed suddenly from cardiac arrest during the celebration.
She was watching the match with friends at Standard Hostel in Bomso, near the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology campus in Kumasi.
Eyetwiness Takes Action
Eyewitnesses rushed her to Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Hospital, KNUST Hospital, where medical practitioners administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation for approximately 45 minutes.
In a devastating turn of events, she was pronounced dead shortly after.
2026 World Cup
Notably, the 2026 FIFA World Cup will conclude on July 19, 2026.
It is being hosted jointly by the United States, Canada, and Mexico, making it the first World Cup to be co-hosted by three countries.
This tournament is also the biggest World Cup ever, with 48 teams competing instead of the usual 32.
The teams are split into 12 groups of four, and the top two teams from each group plus the eight best third-place teams will advance to a new Round of 32.
The final of the tournament will be held on July 19, 2026, at MetLife Stadium in New York.
