A Nigerian mother has sparked concern online after alleging that a teacher at her son’s school cut part of the boy’s hair and removed some of the fingernails on his left hand without her knowledge or consent.
Sharing her experience, the woman said she discovered the situation when she went to pick up her son from school and immediately noticed changes to his appearance.
According to her:
“Here’s a breakdown of what happened when I went to pick up my son from school and discovered that his teacher had cut part of his hair and removed some of the fingernails on his left hand thinking I wouldn’t notice.”
The allegation has triggered outrage on social media, with many Nigerians calling for an investigation and demanding accountability from the school and the teacher involved.
