Students and residents are still trying to wrap their heads around a bizarre and shocking case after a suspect was reportedly arrested over the alleged theft of dozens of streetlights and solar batteries at the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR).
According to reports, investigators linked the suspect to the disappearance of approximately 56 streetlights and the solar batteries used to power them, sparking outrage and disbelief across the campus community.
