Big Brother Naija former housemate Cross Okonkwo has knocked Daddy Freeze over his statement on Alex Ekubo’s Service of Songs.
On his Twitter page, Cross criticised Freeze, telling him to keep his mouth shut. He admonished the media personality to stay mute if he didn’t know anything about Jesus Christ.
He also admonished Freeze to leave mén and women of God alone.
“Daddy Freeze with due respect sometimes keep your mouth shut. If you don’t know anything about our father Jesus Christ. Don’t talk. And leave mén and women of GOD out of your mouth”.
Kemi Filani reported that Daddy Freeze, in a video posted on his Instagram page, while addressing his choice of outfit, he narrated his experience at the event. He condemned the pastor’s preaching, questioning why a sermon was needed at such a gathering.
Daddy Freeze also slammed Mercy Chinwo, claiming she turned the event into a concert. According to him, it was at this point that he got up and went home. The former OAP questioned whether people understand what a funeral is.
Similarly, Mofe Duncan, in a lengthy post, noted how the night wasn’t about him or anyone else but about Alex. He enlightened Freeze that the event wasn’t a funeral but a night of tributes and a service of songs. Duncan noted that Alex’s family made it clear that Alex loved to worship and that a worship concert was what he would have wanted.
Daddy Freeze, has topped headlines over the years, for weighing into celebrity’ issues.
Speaking on Chike’s affair with Frank Edoho’s ex-wife, Freeze noted how the singer didn’t do well and believed there would be repercussions for him in future. Freeze called out all the women celebrating and supporting Chike, useless, and prayed for God to punish them.
Weighing in on Roby’s case, Daddy Freeze said his wife can never tell him she wants to japa, and blamed Roby for allowing her to travel to the US. While admonishing men not to relocate unless they can do so with their family, Freeze said he can never marry anyone for papers, nor will he allow his wife to do.
Knocking Yul Edochie over his comment on Roby Ekpo’s crashed marriage, Freeze said Yul doesn’t have sense as Roby can’t impregnate seven women because of his lack of s3xual skills. He stated that only a s3xually active man, unlike Roby, can do such.
