Speaking in a recent episode of the WHOT podcast, Damina claimed that giving doesn’t move God.
He argued that instead of giving “first fruits” and “sowing seeds” in church, Christians should focus on expressing their gratitude to God through praise and worship.
“What is ‘first fruit’? There’s nothing like ‘first fruit’ money. I know they do it every January but it is wrong.
“In the new testament, first fruit is Jesus. And in the old testament, first fruit pointed to Jesus,” he explained.
