Barrister Darlington has declared that President Bola Tinubu is not qualified to continue leading Nigeria, accusing his administration of worsening the country’s situation ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
In his remarks, the lawyer questioned why Nigerians should give Tinubu another opportunity after what he described as the President’s failures over the time already spent in office.
“Tinubu Is Not Qualified To Be President Of Nigeria. From His Forged Qualifications To The Kind Of Person He Is And How He Has Destroyed Nigeria, He Still Says We Should Give Him More Time. What Did He Do With The Time We Already Gave Him?” he said.
Darlington also criticised the Nigerian press and media, arguing that they had not done enough to hold the President accountable for his campaign promises.
“The Nigerian Press And Media Are Not Doing Enough Because They Should Be Reminding Tinubu Of His Campaign Promises,” he added.
He further accused the administration of worsening Nigeria’s condition and warned against another four years under Tinubu.
“Under Tinubu’s Watch, Nigeria Has Become What It Is Today, And He Now Wants To Come Back In 2027 To Bury The Country Completely,” he said.
The allegations concerning Tinubu’s qualifications remain contested, with legal challenges over his eligibility for the 2027 election before the courts.
