Transfer: Getafe willing to sell Christantus Uche – Torres

Getafe president, Ángel Torres has said the Azulones are open to selling Chrisanstus Uche, DAILY POST reports.

Uche was loaned to Premier League club, Crystal Palace last season.

The attacking midfielder failed to convince Palace to sign him on a permanent transfer, and will return to Getafe at the end of the month.

The 23-year-old featured in 14 league games for the Eagles, failing to register or an assist.

Uche was, however, on target twice in four appearances in the UEFA Europa Conference League.

Torres said they will be willing keep the player, but won’t hesitate to sell him if they receive a good offer.

“Uche has a contract with Palace until the 30th, so we can’t do anything. He doesn’t mind coming back, and the coach wants him. If there’s an offer and we agree on it, we’ll sell him,” Torres told spherasports.com.
