Trump sparks worldwide panic with cryptic social media post – 'Is he dying?'

US President Donald Trump has sparked worldwide panic with a cryptic social media post of Frank Sinatra singing his iconic ‘My Way’.

People are taking to social media expressing their concerns after Mr Trump posted Frank Sinatra’s hit on Truth Social without providing context. The comments mainly came from X users and discussed different topics, including developments in Iran and the future of the presidency.

US commentator Harry Sisson said: “Why is Donald Trump posting Frank Sinatra singing “My Way” in the middle of the night? I guess the Iran stuff is getting REALLY bad…”

Another user wrote: “Trump just posted a video of Frank Sinatra singing My Way What’s happening?” Another worried one even said: “Should I be in a bunker or something?”

Mr Trump’s post also reached Frank’s daughter, Nancy Sinatra, after a user alerted her by saying “Omg, @NancySinatra will not be happy about this. Trump goes against everything that Frank stood for. He was a big champion for equality and supported the Civil Rights movement,” as the Rolling Stones reported. Sinatra responded with “This is a sacrilege”.

The Rolling Stones also explained Frank Sinatra recorded “My Way” in 1969. It is an English-language adaptation of a French song, “Comme d’habitude,” which was written by written by Jacques Revaux, Gilles Thibaut, and Claude François. The music magazine also added “that the song’s publishers, Because Music and Primary Wave Music Publishing, hold the rights, not the Sinatra family”.

Mr Trump issued a stark threat to Iran yesterday (April 19), warning the country will be “blown up” if they fail to agree a new deal. “If they don’t sign this deal, the whole country is getting blown up,” he told Fox News.

The US president added in a furious post on Truth Social that “bridges and power plants will be targeted if Iran does not sign this agreement”. He launched the outburst after Iran quickly reversed its decision to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, with shots fired at vessels passing through the vital route. The US President then went onto send another threat to Iran, warning there would be “No more Mr Nice Guy”.

He said: “We’re offering a very fair and reasonable DEAL, and I hope they take it because, if they don’t, the United States is going to knock out every single Power Plant, and every single Bridge, in Iran. NO MORE MR. NICE GUY!
