Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has said he does not believe terrorists should be given a second chance, insisting that they must be eliminated.
Speaking on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Wednesday, Sani said terrorists who kill innocent citizens have no right to live. He maintained that terrorists should not be forgiven for any reason.
