A video making rounds on X (formerly Twitter) has left many Nigerians in shock. In the clip, a woman in colourful traditional clothes is seen on top of a man, beating him badly while he lies on the ground.
The man, dressed in a blue shirt, is pinned against a low concrete wall. The woman holds him down with one hand and hits him repeatedly with the other.
She shouts things like “What are you doing here?” as the fight continues for almost 90 seconds. The shaky video was posted yesterday by popular X user @ObaDeleke
with the caption: “How can a woman beat you like this ”.
The post has already gained over 55,000 views. Many people online are laughing and calling the man weak, while others say it shows real problems in some marriages.
Some even joked that the man must have done something to deserve it.No one knows the couple’s names or where the fight happened. So far, there is no police report. The video has sparked fresh talk about domestic violence going both ways.
