“Wike Has Pushed The Masses To The Wall”- VeryDarkMan Slams INEC Chairman

Nigerian social media activist VeryDarkMan has called out the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Joash Ojo Amupitan, over a statement allegedly made by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.

The activist expressed his displeasure at what he described as the silence of the electoral body, questioning why the INEC chairman had yet to publicly respond to Wike’s remarks.

In his reaction, VeryDarkMan criticised the situation and accused the authorities of failing to address concerns surrounding the minister’s statement. He also expressed frustration over what he described as the growing pressure on ordinary Nigerians.

“INEC Chairman, Professor Joash Ojo Amupitan, what is the meaning of this n0nsense? You people are keeping quiet while Wike is boldly making this statement? Wike has pushed the masses to the wall too much. It’s annoying!” he said.

His comments have drawn attention to the relationship between political leaders, electoral authorities and public accountability, with his remarks reflecting his frustration over the issue.

However, the specific statement by Wike that prompted the activist’s reaction would be needed to provide further context to the controversy.

@Michael Oaks:”VDM should pitch a tent with a political party and ask his ratels to be on the front row of ensuring no election rigging occurs, but since he calls himself the 4th arm of government I guess it’s possible he’s working for the APC in disguise”
