Concern has emerged in Enugu State following claims by a woman that more than 4,100 people tested positive for HIV at a single hospital in the state.
According to her, the figure represents only patients who were tested at the facility, suggesting that the total number of people living with HIV across hospitals and clinics in the state could be much higher.
The claim has since sparked discussions on social media and raised concerns among residents.
