A Nigerian lady has sparked reactions online after calling out Nigerians for failing to celebrate an alleged drop in the price of a bag of rice.
According to her, a bag of rice currently sells for ₦32,000, yet Nigerians have not shown any appreciation for the reported reduction.
She said, “Now that bag of rice is ₦ 32,000 now, nobody is saying anything. No form of appreciation. But once the thing goes up again you people will come online and say all sort of words.”
Her comment, however, did not go down well with many Nigerians, with several users questioning where she got the ₦32,000 price from.
