Nigerian Afrobeat star Davido has predicted that Arsenal will beat Paris Saint-Germain to win this year’s UEFA Champions League.
This prediction comes as Arsenal’s strong performance this season has excited fans and raised hopes for a big win.
Arsenal reached the final by beating Atletico Madrid 2-1 on aggregate, while PSG advanced after a 6-5 win over Bayern Munich.
Davido shared on his X account that he hopes to see the London club win the much-anticipated final against Paris Saint-Germain on May 30 in Budapest.
He wrote: “I want them to win. Arsenal.”
Meanwhile the singer recently join the prestigious Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame as part of the Class of 2026.
The formal induction ceremony is scheduled for June 1 in the Historic Westside of Atlanta, Georgia, a city that holds significant personal meaning for the singer, who was born there.

Davido is being honoured alongside an elite group of influential figures, including American rap legend Ludacris, the renowned Bishop Paul Morton, production giants Organised Noize, the Jack the Rapper Family Affair Convention, and the late former Mayor of Atlanta, Maynard Jackson.
However, the Walk of Fame induction highlights Davido’s immense contributions to the industry, specifically citing the massive success of his latest album, 5IVE. His consistent ability to sell out arenas across Europe and America, coupled with his tireless role as an international ambassador for the genre, made him a standout candidate for the 2026 honours.
