Nigerian music star Mr Eazi has shared his desire to build a big family with his wife, actress and filmmaker Temi Otedola, revealing that he would love for them to have 11 children together.
The singer made the lighthearted comment during a recent episode of their joint podcast, which featured Temi’s mother, Nana Otedola, as a special guest.
During the discussion, Nana asked her daughter to talk about her experience with pregnancy and the challenges she had encountered while expecting her first child.
Responding, Temi described the journey as a rewarding and enjoyable one despite the emotional changes that came with it. She admitted that pregnancy had been a beautiful experience overall and joked that she could see herself having as many as six or seven children.
“The most challenging part of being pregnant for me is dealing with emotions and hormones. But apart from that, it has been beautiful. Maybe I would have six or seven children,” Temi said.
Reacting to her statement, Mr Eazi playfully encouraged her to think even bigger, suggesting they should have enough children to form a football team.
“Just make it eleven; a football team,” the singer said.
Joining in on the conversation, Nana Otedola laughed at the idea and expressed confidence that the couple would be able to raise a large family, considering how well they have progressed in life.
“Well, the way you guys are going, I am sure having eleven children won’t be a bad thing because I know you will have a farmhouse somewhere,” she remarked.
Nana also revealed that she was pleasantly surprised when she found out Temi and Mr Eazi were expecting their first child after tying the knot, adding another joyful moment to the family’s growing journey.
